We the undersigned make a formal complaint that our Bins, Recyling Bags, and Food Waste bins are not being emptied in a correct manner, nor are they being put back in a proper and considerate place,Rubbish that is dropped is being left in the street and Householders are being left to clean it up whilst searching for thier recycling bags, this needs to looked at by FCC, and those responsible brought to task.
