All dog owners that have had involvement with the police and their dog is aggressive must have consequences. As a punishment, all dogs must be required to wear a muzzle and not to be on an extended lead. All dog owners who are able to train their dog properly should not fear their dog being harmed within a public place. Justice must be served.
