In the spirit of King George VI, make a recommendation to HM Queen Elizabeth II to confer the Honour to the People and the Nation of Ukraine to forever remind the World of her Heroism.
1. To recognise the inspirational and continuing heroic struggle against consistent and continuous attacks by a foreign Nation.
2. So that the Honour will serve to forever embody the heroism and the devotion of a democratic Nation in resisting a foreign aggressor.
