Rejected petition All school staff to be first aid trained also including minicab and taxi drivers

This e-petition is for parents and the public to support concerns raised about health, well-being of a child or vulnerable adult left in the care of a trusted party such as a member of staff at a school but not limited to taxi and mini cab drivers who also have a duty of care to childeren and vulnrable adults.

It has come to attention and in the public intrest that not all school staff are first aid trained as would be expected of a trustee of their childs welfare.

Mini cab and taxi drivers also are not first aid trained, also are not obliged to carry any mobile device to call emergency services in the event of a customer experiancing diffuculties due to illness, some scenarios are unthinkable.

Please support this petition if you believe that the legislation on these points should be reviewed and that the law should require all of the above to undergo simple first aid training.
