Not just fans, but employees of the clubs, for pubs, bars and restaurants that rely on footballs passing trade to thrive. If their teams are being oppressed by consistent incorrect decisions against them, this becomes more than just a football matter. Especially if it turns out that these decisions are not just innocent mistakes
