We spend billions of pounds each year which get wasted by the bureaucrats in Brussels, but each year their accounts are not signed off as fraud and corruption is widespread in some countries.

We should refuse to make any further payments until this fraud and corruption is stamped out, and the accounts are signed off by the auditors.
