Rejected petition customers to be given reasin for declined credit

ever been refused credit and couldnt get your head around why? to be told the same old thing that its not one reason but a few collective and you should view your credit file for answers?
well im fed up of this, my credit file costs me money and never gives an answer, i want to know from the creditor the reason for my refusal and at least then it might be something i can put right.
i want to make companies that offer finance give you detailed reasons do rejection and not hide behind premium credit checking services
