Petition UK Border keep passports from immigrants on entry and tag them to see if they are doing as they say.

When immigrants enter the UK all visitor's and students should be tagged at the border and there passports taken from them and returned to them when they go back to the airport with a valid ticket to return back to where they have come from, tagged will keep track of whether they are really visiting or working, rather than a cat and dog chase with immigrants and the border agency it will save the tax payers money and the chase
