Petition Extend financial support to those affected by flooding in 2012

We ask that the Government to consider extending the grant offer and changes to the Bellwin scheme which have now been announced and applying them retrospectively to areas such as Calderdale who were so badly affected in 2012 and 2013. Because of the topography of the area the Calder Valley is always going to be at risk of flooding therefore we are simply asking for financial support to help us better protect ourselves.
