Petition All UK & NI children to be given solicitor for duration of child life

To give all UK & NI children for the duration of their child life equal justice, treatment and equality, they should all up to the age of 18 be given a solicitor available any time (via adult). (1) Too many things have happened/happening, will make relevant authorities (police, schools, child protection services, etc.) work according to procedures, cooperate, etc. (2) Family and legal insurance has been changed without telling those who have always had it and might still think they have cover for it. (3) Insurance companies (including middle) sent/send one policy by post with insurance renewal letters which state you are covered for everything, then saying yes/buying the one that came by post, after paying, another leaflet/document is taken out of the cabinet, the reference number placed on top of this and given to the customer, no talk/discussion, i.e. misselling the policy and may be continuing.
