Whilst most of the world is heading in a progressive direction with LGBT rights, the rights of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons in Africa have been heading the opposite way in recent months.

Aid sent to the governments of African nations who persecute LGBT people should be stopped. Millions of pounds of taxpayers money is being used to fund corrupt and homophobic governments who do not reflect the values of the British people who are being so generous as to give the money.
