Closed Abolish tv licence as no one is contracted to have one

No one should be bullied or intimated from any employee from Capita which is a private company,that has no authority to push us into purchasing a license as we are not contracted to do so.Below is an alternative way that BBC can fund themselves as people should have the choice if they would like to enter into an contract and fund BBC.We are governed by consent and every should have a choice to consent.

(1) All areas of the BBC including television channels, websites and radio channels should have adverts paid for by private companies.
(2) The amount of income brought in by advertising would be sufficient to cover all running costs of the BBC.

(1) Citizens should not be required to purchase a TV License in order to view television.
(2) TV Licenses should not be sold or bought anywhere across the country.
(3) All remaining TV licenses should not be refundable. (to cover change over costs)
