Rejected petition ALL OF EUROPE - should treat non-white refugees from Ukraine THE SAME.

Black and other non-white residents fleeing Ukraine are being held in detention centres and in some cases not even allowed to leave by Ukrainian authorities. Once in Poland, Lithuania etc they are subjected to detention.
