To place a moratorium on UK fracking until then. With consideration to UK insurers now refusing to insure homes close to fracking sites, and considering that in most instances planning permission has been granted with NO LOCAL public consultation, despite the fact that homes nearby will be grossly affected economically and adversley affect the HEALTH of individuals.
