Rejected petition BBC to become an Independant Commercial Broadcaster

The BBC charter should be abolished and the corperation will become an independant broadcaster. The license fee should be abolished forthwith and any income should be obtained solely from advertising thus freeing the BBC from Government controls and complaints of Left Wing bias. The national broadcating service will them be decentralised and based upon the regions serving the needs of local communities.
