Rejected petition Stop nurserys charging parents for days they are closed, eg Bank Holidays.

As a human right, we shouldn't have to pay for a service we are not getting. With the cost of living increasing and the average cost a day being £50+ to put your child into a nursery. Why are we paying for a service that can't physically be used when the nursery is closed. Stop bank holiday charges!
