We require companies providing foreign exchange to be regulated if the transaction requires the individual to pay ahead of receiving the foreign currency.

At present anyone ordering foreign currency via the internet, maybe for that long awaited holiday, has no protection should the company go out of business. This happened in 2010 with a few thousand people having lost £20 million.
