Rejected petition GCSE Albanian / Kosovan

I love living in London but I miss my country and the language . I am passionate about using my language and think that all Albanians / Kosovans speakers should be able to take GCSE in their language . other countries have the chance to do this and it is only right that Albanians / Kosovans have the same chance.
I might be a kid but I think I should be allowed to do Albanian GCSE not only me but Albanian / Kosovan
students that study in the Uk should be allowed to take a language .
