We call on The Government to scrap all charges in relation to VISITORS Visas of “Non E.U.” spouses and partners of British Citizens.
Given that, spouses and partners of similar status but married to E.U. Citizens are granted E.E.A. Family Permits free of charge, the fees charged, effectively levied against British Tax Payers, are unfair and discriminatory.
