Remove Bailiff guidance to permit enforcement of Eviction Order where tenant states they have symptoms of Covid.

Currently an individual with a valid Court Eviction Order cannot enforce the same on grounds of Covid. As it stands a text message without proof or positive Covid test justifies non action by Bailiffs due to the guidance in place. Hundreds of landlords are being unfairly precluded from legally gaining possession of their property. The guidance needs to be removed to permit Bailiffs to enforce the Eviction Orders.
