Closed reduce VAT on veterinary bills

Reduce the amount of VAT on pet veterinary bills , with the amount of pets in Britain ,vets have jumped on the bandwagon and inflated their fees, people struggle to pay these inflated fees thus contributing to more and more pets being abandoned, the government reduced the amount of tax years ago in betting shops to entice people to gamble so surely they could reduce the tax on vet bills to save the lives of animals.
