Hundreds of NHS employees have been terminated (not KILLED like the 1000 odd patients murdered by David Nicholson), but put out of their job, because they misused NHS computer services for their own purposes - including losing all entitlement to NHS pension and benefits because of their gross misconduct. If David Nicholson used his NHS computer to post the spoof video then he should immediately be removed and lose ALL pension and other entitlements, in the same way the hundreds of other NHS employees were treated for the same misuse of NHS facilities.
