Rejected petition remove Russia's veto power

Currently in Ukraine, Crimea is under Russian occupation, if the UN or NATO want to take any action against Russia, they are instantly blocked from the Russians veto, let's remove this power from a country that is abusing it or even better remove Russia from the Security Council and give that vacant space to a country that deserves it.
