London Midland has been consistently failing to provide an adequate standard of service to their customers whilst maintaining a monopoly of train transport across a large part of the Midlands. Despite constant train cancellations, delays and poor excuses London Midland is still not held accountable for this gross violation of their contract.

The contract London Midland hold should be reviewed by the department of Transport!
