What is the BBC as 1,2 and 4?!

Why put it online- this means students don't have to pay a TV licence so they will be losing millions- THEY THINK THIS IS WISE??

I like to do work on my laptop while I have the tv on and watch my favourite comedy shows so why should I have to watch it online? And how will I watch shows with my family around a small screen?!
