We the undersigned urge the DoT to scrap their plans for the "Grande Projet" HS2 and redirect investment into transport projects with better returns and accessible to all such as grade separating bottleneck highway junctions, extended rail platforms, Park and Rides with smaller, quicker, more frequent buses to fewer targeted stops/businesses and get the transport network ready for alternative fuels and technologies such as battery chargers, gas tanks, 'guided car trains' etc.
