I would like the Foreign and Common Wealth Office to take action on my behalf in order for my new Bank of Cash £100.00 Hologram Bar-coded Notes to achieve full circulation acceptance within the realm of the UK. If the action taken for them to achieve the above result passes legislation and they become a recognized financial feature in the UK, i hereby promise to circulate £50 Million worth per year, limited to the jurisdiction of London only.
