Closed Scrap the TV Licence and make to BBC carry Adverts

It's time this out dated Tax is Scrapped. The TV Licence is unfair and unjust and is no longer needed in our society today. The BBC needs to be streamlined to become a commercial broadcaster. Or make the bbc a subscription service like Sky.
