Petition the right to due process

under article 6, the right to a fair trial.

i was divorced in my absence and my children were removed from my life.
my ex wife divorced me in 1990, four years ago i found out i had been divorced for desertion and BATTERY. i have never been arrested, questioned or charged with any form of domestic violence before or after 1990.
i have written to the police in Scotland and England, to the Scottish first minister, the prime minister, the deputy prime minister, the parliamentary commission, my local mp, ALL WITHOUT PROPER RESPONSE AND LIES.
I HAVE A RIGHT TO UNDERSTAND WHY MY THREE DAUGHTERS WERE REMOVED, I HAVE A RIGHT TO CONTEST THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE THAT IS ON MY RECORD IN SCOTLAND.

I WANT MY BASIC HUMAN RIGHT TO A DEFENSE AND TO DUE PROCESS. I HAVE BEEN TOLD NOTHING OF WHY MY CHILDREN WERE REMOVED AND UNDER WHO'S AUTHORITY WITHOUT ARRESTING AND QUESTIONING ME FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE I DID NOT COMMIT.
