More details
Protect the public from making disastrous financial decisions.
Do this by ensuring the consumer is aware that any advice being presented in the content piece should be ignored.
Currently, creators state "this is not financial advice" to absolve themselves of liability. Then proceed to present information which can only be interpreted as financial advice. This is not acceptable.
Regulation is required to protect the public from making financial decisions that can be irrecoverably damaging.
