Scottish and Welsh MPs can vote in matters which affect England - Scotland and Wales have their own Parliament/Assembly where English MPs cannot vote. It is time for an English Parliament so that the English can enjoy the same rights given to the Scottish and Welsh people. Please sign this petition and stand up for English rights. Thank you.
