Rejected petition reward high school kids

i think if high school kids be in every half term 100% attendance and they don't truant they get rewards eg outing, vouchers etc. I don't think fineing parents or cutting child benefit will stop kids from truanting. so I was thinking funding school for trips, vouchers etc.
