Petition Hospital TV fees for Public Service Channels

I believe that fees for any BBC channels, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and the new local TV channels should scrapped in all hospitals, giving patients free access to these channels.
I believe this goes against how these channels are normally made available, especially the BBC, as the BBC channels shouldn't be sold on at a profit to other organisations.
Even the pay TV platforms don't charge extra to customers for providing Public Service channels, so why should hospitals?
