The Government should reverse their decision to reject the NHS pay review bodies recommendations and increase pay to all NHS staff by 1% in line with those recommendations. The 0% pay award is unacceptable for hardworking NHS staff when MP's claim they are unable to overturn an 11% award for MPs from a similar independent review
