All job advertisements should show the exact salary or pay being offered. This would prevent employers looking to pay the least wage rather than what the role is worth. It would also mean that potential employees know what the salary would be rather than being offered a position an then finding out that the salary or pay is not suitable for the position being sought.
This would also mean that employers would receive applicants from the right type of people and save them time in the process
