Rejected petition reopen Harwich Bus Station

since Harwich bus station closed in December 2013 buses ever run late or don't turn up, its about time something is done and I think the bus station should be reopened, buses 103/104 dont even drop you off at the bus station anymore, the final stop is at top of East Hill as the buses have to fill with petrol before picking up the new passengers from the bus station what is no good if you need a bus connection!
