MP and Public Service leaders and local councils to invite John Seddon of Vanguard Consulting to run a Systems Thinking pilot as proof of concept that Systems Thinking will radically increase customer service, increase efficiency, reduce operating costs and improve staff morale. Primary pilot sites should include HMRC, the NHS and local authority owned housing. John Seddon should be given a national platform to introduce System Thinking principles to ministers including the PM, public service leaders and front line staff and the public.
