save Artisan Rarebreed Rescue from the neighbour from hell who thinks that animals shouldn,t be seen or heard when living in the countryside they now have until April to errect a fence so they cannot be seen or heard ,this is NOT on the neighbour lives down the lane no where near Artisan land .
