Rejected petition BT's slow and unreliable Broadband Speeds in Central London make a mockery of Government's Digital Vision

BT are failing the nation by not being able to offer effective broadband speeds for businesses in Central London. As they seem to still operate an effective monopoly the government is the only body that has the power to enforce progress. Embarrassing for the government to be preaching Digital Britain and companies can't deliver due to a simple infrastructure failure.
