Petition Dawlish seawall re-opening train should have workers on board

We the undersigned applaud the possibility that a steam charter is being considered to re-open the Dawlish Seawall.

However, we consider that this train should contain all the workers who have worked around the clock since the breaches, in order to get this piece of railway opened for business. They have gone over and above their remit to ensure the railway is re-opened in quick time, and they should be so honoured with this steam charter, not dignitaries and members of the government!
