Change the rules so that ex-Prime Ministers can only claim money from the Public Duty Costs Allowance (PDCA), if (1) serving for over 1 year and (2) only claim for a maximum period of 10 years after office and (3) make it subject to not earning £100,000 or more in taxable income in any year of claim. (Link to income tax rate at which individuals start to lose their personal allowance (currently £100,000)).
