Rejected petition Ban halal meat slaughter houses due to cruelty

This petition is basically to prevent the horrendous suffering of all animals going to the halal slaughterhouse.
When the animals are being slaughtered it's not a pain free process, the butchers cut the animals throat while they're alive and leave them while blood drains out of the innocent animals throat.
This petition is to raise awareness of animal suffrage when being turned into halal meat and hopefully gain enough signatures for actions to be taken.
