Allow mwrried couples and people living as such, common law and civil partnerships to share their tax free allowance.

not all couples have two people working for one reason or another espevially families who may have one parent at home with the children. I want the hmrc to accept this as a way of life and allow them to join there tax free allowance together in order to make family life easier.
