Closed petition Send all illegals in our Prison system back to their country

Well over 60% of our UK prison populations are made up of people that have entered this Country illegally and committed a crime, or have committed crimes in their Home Country and have fled to the UK to escape the consequences of their country’s justice system.Due to their “Human rights” they cannot be sent back to their country if there maybe a threat to their lives. They serve their time and are released as British citizens.This needs to be changed so that anyone here illegally or anyone that has been given British citizenship and has committed a crime in the first year, are sent back to their country.They committed the crime in their country they should face the consequences in their country.With extra places now available, Judges could start handing out proper sentences and stop this nonsense of Criminals being allowed out“on licence”because there is no room in the Prisons. Someone sentenced of say 4 years can then serve 4 years and not be out after 6Months due to overcrowding
