Rejected petition Retrospective Pension Annuity

To allow those who have already taken an Annuity, to be able to go back to there pension provider and take advantage of the proposed pension changes.
There could be a time frame on this, say if you have taken an annuity in the last 5 years, you would be able to use the proposed changes retrospectively.
This would enable you to have full access to your pension pot, less any monies already paid plus a set fee paid to the provider.
