Extend the help to buy scheme for new builds and first time buyers that has already an approved application from HTB that the houses to be ready and completion until March 2023 to still give people a chance to get their property.

To give people a chance to get onto the property ladder by having help to buy and 5% deposit for longer. Too many first-time buyers are struggling to get a full deposit for a house, and this is particularly difficult for those wanting to start a family. This would help more families and first time buyers if it was extended.

Why was this petition rejected?
