Rejected petition No one should be allowed to live damp and mould within their houses/flats.

There are many people who live social housing who are suffering damp and mould.
My family suffered and it is horrible and unacceptable to human to live , I would like the Government to take action and make sure the Landlords and Local Authorities to be responsible and must be held accountable.

Because living under the damp and mould has a lot of health issues so I want the Government to make it Law and take action those who are letting people to live uninhabitable houses.
Specifically those who are responsible such as Local Authorities and Landlords. They should be a ways to penalise them as well as to award compensation those who suffer the damp and mould.
