Allow citizens to grow and consume cannabis in a private setting and consume cannabis in regulated premises.

People can drink alcohol and socialise so why can't people smoke cannabis and do the same? It's legal for medical reasons so obviously safe for consumption. People should be allowed to smoke and socialise in clubs and meet other smokers like you can in Spain and Netherlands. It would improve the quality of life for millions and remove the stimga associated with cannabis. It would also bring in millions in taxes.
