As a profoundly deaf person, I am fed up of buying DVD's that don't have subtitles.

I use subtitles as a back up with my Cochlear Implant and rely on subtitles.

I call on the Government to create a law whereby all DVD's Produced must have subtitles or clearly state whether or not they have subtitles and for any companies selling DVD's on the internet to state the same.
