To ensure that the NHS stay funded and a well-run organisation. All UK politicians must exclusively use their services and not any private or non-NHS funded medical services.
Perhaps extend to immediate family, depending on their position.

With the sell-off of the NHS right before our eyes, it seems that the only way to ensure it stays well funded is if those who make the decisions around it, are limited to only use that as an option.
Using private medical services should result in immediate loss of position and a substantial fine based on a % of their net worth, rather than a fixed amount.
